When the strap is applied to a transmitter, it automatically becomes active in the system so that when it is placed on an infant or child he/she is instantly protected by your KinderGUARD® infant/pediatric security system.

 

Transmitters are active and "report in" to the system every 7-10 seconds.  If a transmitter does not "report in" an alert is issued through the Secure Care Software.

 

KinderGUARD® straps offer a cutband technology feature that will alert staff members if someone cuts, breaks, or tampers with a strap.

 

The KinderGUARD® adjustable strap is soft and comfortable against a child's delicate skin.  Our cutband straps are backed with a soft, medical-grade foam.
