Online Privacy Policy Notice
Your privacy, and the privacy of all users of
securecare.com, is important to us. Accordingly, we have
adopted the following Privacy Policy Notice. Our policy is
based on the principles of notice, choice, access and
security in the collection and use of all information
regarding our users and their activities at our
securecare.com Internet web site (the “Site”). This
Notice tells you, among other things, what information we
gather from you, how we may use or disclose that information
and our efforts to protect it. Please read this Notice

Collection of
Information
In connection with your use of the Site, we ask for and
may collect a variety of information from and about your
business in different ways. This information may include an
individual’s name, company affiliation, industry or type of
business, postal address, e-mail address, telephone and
facsimile numbers, and information contained within feedback
that you provide through the Site.
Like many commercial web sites, we may gather certain
information about our Site traffic for administrative and
analytical purposes. This information may include visitors’
Internet protocol addresses, browser types, referring and
exit pages, operating systems, or dates/times of page
views. We use this information, which does not identify any
individual person, to administer and guide changes to the
Site, and to gather aggregated demographic information about
our Site’s user base. We do not link this automatically

provide through the Site. A session ID cookie expires when

may be unable to access certain pages or features of the

Use of Information
Our primary use of personal information is to respond
directly to requests for information or products, to promote
the smooth and efficient administration of the Site, and to
provide you with information about services or products that
we believe may be of interest to you or your business. We
provide this information to you through the Site, by e-mail,
or by postal mail.
We may combine your personally identifying information
with those of all or a particular group of our users to
prepare collective profiles of our users and their
activities. For example, we may compile the total dollar
amount of sales conducted through our Site in a particular

We share aggregated, non-individually-identifiable
demographic information about our user base with our service
providers, business allies and advertisers. This
information does not identify individual users.
Choice/Opt-out
You may choose to restrict our use of your information to
maintaining your orders or requests for information, or you
may wish to prohibit our disclosure of your information to
others, by contacting us and directing us to impose such
limits. If you wish us to restrict the use or disclosure of

In addition, we will not send unsolicited messages to users
of our site who indicate that they do not wish to receive
such messages. If you do not wish to receive unsolicited
email messages from us, please contact us at sls_39@securecare.com.
If, for any reason, we cannot honor your opt out request, we
may simply remove your information from our records.

The Site may contain links to other sites that we do not
own or control and that are not covered by this Notice.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for any content
of such other sites, or the privacy policies applicable to
them.
Access and Amendment of
Information
We seek to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to date

request access to information we have collected regarding
you or your business or to notify us of changes to such
information. If you request any such changes, we will
contact you by email or fax to confirm whether the changes
have been or can be made as requested.
Security
We follow generally
accepted industry standards, including appropriate
administrative, physical, and technical safeguards, to
protect the personal information submitted to us during
transmission and once we receive it. Regardless of
the precautions taken by you or by us, "perfect security"
does not exist on the Internet. We cannot ensure or warrant
the security of any information you transmit to us, and you
transmit such information at your own risk.
Changes to this Notice
We may need to amend this Notice from time to time in
order to reflect new or changed collection, uses, or
disclosures of information relating to our business. If we
decide to change this Notice, we will post the revised
Notice on the Site. If we make changes that materially
affect our uses or disclosures of personally identifiable
information that we have previously collected, we will
notify you (either through this Notice, by email, or by
posting an announcement on the Site) and provide an
opportunity for you to decline to permit your information to
be used as described in the revised Notice.
