Technical Support

Support Services

Secure Care offers 24/7/365 technical support. Secure Care’s certified technical support representatives provide telephone support along with WebEx support. WebEx support allows the technician to remotely access your PC and/or server. This allows the Secure Care technician to troubleshoot, repair, and/or upgrade your system while your system remains up and running.

Field Support

Secure Care, along with our network of factory-certified local distributors, ensures that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Secure Care’s distributor network is worldwide with over eighty factory-trained distributors to serve you. Our distributors act as security consultants to our several thousand customers. Typically, the company’s distributors have both health care and electronic backgrounds and must attend corporate training throughout the year. Our distributors present the products and assess the facility with staff to determine which type of system would best meet the client’s needs. Our distributors supply and deliver services and maintain a local stock for repairs for all Secure Care product lines.

Going Live Support

Secure Care provides clinical on-site training that is customized to each facility’s needs. Our knowledgeable trainers provide hands-on training and support. This customizable training is designed to assist with optimal use of your system. The first two hours of the trainer’s first day are spent with the “Super Users.” Super Users are highly trained staff members who can assist existing staff members and pass their knowledge onto new hires. Trainers then break out into 1½ hour training modules for the next two days. These training modules allow clinical staff to get hands-on training with their new system and the software. On the third day trainers provide staff with the support for “going live.” When training is complete, the facility is provided with a Hospital Resource Kit and Quick Reference guide along with the online Secure Care University. These tools were designed by experienced nurses that use Secure Care solutions. This effective training is the cornerstone to successfully implementing your new safety/security solutions.
