The purpose of this letter is to share my overall satisfaction with the installation of our Secure Care system. The initial scope of work was defined and explained by Mr. Tom Gianetti in detail. The proposal was accepted not only based on costs, but the outstanding presentation of how the Secure Care system would meet our needs and wants. The installation was scheduled and installed by a qualified professional technician, Nick Mierau. The installation was completed in a timely and effective manner with minimum disruption to our staff and residents. Mr. Gianetti has stopped on several occasions to make sure we are satisfied with our Secure Care system and asked if we needed anything. Our rating for the Secure Care system is outstanding for the sales and service of their product. We would highly recommend them as a quality provider of elopement systems. Bill Atwood

It has been my pleasure to work with the Secure Care Products line of equipment since 1998. Each one of our facilities has it own set of unique challenges, whether it is operating a special care unit, or operating a multi-level nursing home.

Recently we took over three facilities that needed new perimeter door alarm protection, one of those facilities needed a new nurse call system. Secure Care Products came to our rescue.

We built a new hospital and moved into it in January of 2010. We had another infant security system at the old hospital and, for various reasons, decided to switch to another system for the new location.
