Today, Secure Care Products®, Inc. offers a complete line of innovative and technologically advanced products aimed at wandering resident monitoring, including Resident ID a breakthrough product that identifies a resident by name, location and room number. Secure Care also offers the Model 135DE, which automatically locks the door as a monitored resident approaches the exit. It also acts as a perimeter alarm and access control system by becoming a locked door during the hours of your choice. The Model 135 has a clear concept, by simply alarming when a monitored resident nears a secured exit. For simple access and exit control, the 500 DE is the system of choice.

The Secure Care Products® Wandering Resident ID System identifies each resident by name, room number, and transmitter ID code. When the exit is approached by a monitored resident, the system will identify the resident by name, lock the door and report the attempted exit to the nurse console or the Secure Care PC/GUI Software Monitoring Station. Advantage 1000 DE Wandering Resident System

The Advantage 1000 DE Wandering Resident System is a microprocessor based exit panel unit that recognizes pulsed signals sent from Secure Care transmitters. In addition to triggering a series of alarms when a monitored wandering resident approaches the exit, this system will engage an optional magnetic lock when the transmitter is within range.
