Your privacy, and the privacy of all users is important to us.  This Policy tells you, among other things, what information we gather from you, how we may use or disclose that information and our efforts to protect it. By using the Secure Care Products mobile application and website, you agree to the privacy Policy outlined below.

The Privacy Policy is not a contract and does not create any legal rights or obligations.

We have adopted the following Privacy Policy, based on the principles of notice, choice, access and security in the collection and use of all information regarding our users and their activities at our:

This information is collected for proper operation of the mobile application. We use this information, which does not identify any individual person, to administer and guide changes to the site and mobile application, and to gather aggregated demographic information about our Site’s user base. We do not link this automatically collected data to personally identifiable information.

We use “cookies” on this site. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. As noted above, we do not link the information we store in cookies to personally identifiable information you provide through the Site. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. We use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate the Site. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided through your Internet browser. If you set your browser to reject cookies, you may still use the site and mobile application, but may be unable to access certain pages or features of the Site.

For example, we may compile the total dollar amount of sales conducted through our site and mobile application in a particular geographic region. In general, you can browse the site and mobile application without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Once you give us personal information, however, you are no longer anonymous to us.

We share aggregated, non-individually-identifiable demographic information about our user base with our service providers, business allies and advertisers. This information does not identify individual users.

VI.              Choice/Opt-out

You may choose to restrict our use of your information to maintaining your orders or requests for information, or you may wish to prohibit our disclosure of your information to others, by contacting us and directing us to impose such limits. If you wish us to restrict the use or disclosure of your information, please send us an email at info@securecare.com. In addition, we will not send unsolicited messages to users of our site and mobile application who indicate that they do not wish to receive such messages. If you do not wish to receive unsolicited email messages from us, please contact us atinfo@securecare.com. If, for any reason, we cannot honor your opt out request, we may simply remove your information from our records.

The site and mobile application may contain links to other sites that we do not own or control and that are not covered by this Policy. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any content of such other sites, or the privacy policies applicable to them.

VIII.         Access and Amendment of Information

We seek to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to date information. You may contact us atinfo@securecare.com to request access to information we have collected regarding you or your business or to notify us of changes to such information. If you request any such changes, we will contact you by email or fax to confirm whether the changes have been or can be made as requested.

IX.              Security

We follow generally accepted industry standards, including appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards, to protect the personal information submitted to us during transmission and once we receive it. Regardless of the precautions taken by you or by us, “perfect security” does not exist on the Internet. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you transmit such information at your own risk.

X.                 Changes to this Policy

We may need to amend this Policy from time to time in order to reflect new or changed collection, uses, or disclosures of information relating to our business. If we decide to change this Policy, we will post the revised Policy on the Site. If we make changes that materially affect our uses or disclosures of personally identifiable information that we have previously collected, we will notify you (either through this Policy, by email, or by posting an announcement on the Site) and provide an opportunity for you to decline to permit your information to be used as described in the revised Policy.

XI.              Data Retention

We will retain the information for a period that is necessary to achieve the objectives outlined in this policy. If required or allowed by law, we may keep the information for a longer retention period.

Please do not disclose any sensitive personal information such as social security numbers, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, criminal background, or trade union membership through our website or mobile application.
